Senior FP&A Analyst – Associate Director, Finance

Location: London / Hybrid (2–3 days in office)

Type: Permanent, Full-time (flexible arrangements considered)

Role Overview

Provide financial planning and analysis support across multiple business units. Responsibilities include reporting, performance consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis, with exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly performance packs and analysis.
• Consolidate results and explain key performance drivers.
• Liaise with commercial finance teams for consistent reporting.
• Work with financial control on ledger postings and accruals.
• Analyse exceptional spend and ensure correct allocation.
• Support budgets, forecasts, and long‑term planning.
• Assist with M&A performance monitoring.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify cost savings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• 2+ years FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally in insurance.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
