We’re partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed insurance brokerage that is undergoing significant transformation and M&A activity. They’re looking for an interim Senior Data Consultant to lead the definition and execution of their data & analytics strategy. This is a high-profile role working directly with the C-suite and PE stakeholders to build a scalable data foundation for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver a firm-wide data and analytics strategy aligned to commercial and operational goals.
- Conduct a current-state assessment of data systems, governance, architecture, and reporting.
- Shape and roadmap the future data landscape, including warehousing, integration, and BI tooling.
- Introduce data governance frameworks, quality controls, and reporting standards across the business.
- Drive consolidation of data assets following recent acquisitions.
- Identify high-impact analytics use cases to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Support executive decision-making with expert insight on data platform options and organisational design.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
