About the Role:
JSS Search have partnered with a well-renowned brand who are looking for a Indirect Procurement Buyer to lead and manage the procurement of some of their indirect spend (including marketing services) across the UK & Ireland.
In this role, you’ll develop and execute regional sourcing strategies, build strong supplier relationships, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic goals around cost, continuity of supply, sustainability, and innovation.
Reporting to the Head of Procurement for the region and collaborating with global category leadership, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the delivery of business-critical procurement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute sourcing strategies for marketing categories to ensure continuity of supply and cost optimisation.
- Develop and manage strong supplier relationships (including SRM) to drive performance and innovation.
- Align and communicate procurement strategies across the business.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including requirements gathering, negotiations, and contract finalisation.
- Report on key procurement deliverables including cost savings, supplier performance, sustainability metrics, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with procurement systems and processes, and support the implementation of procurement tools within your category.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier performance and stakeholder queries within your category.
