About the Role
I\’m looking for a Senior Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering strategic transformation initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams, you’ll translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions that drive impact across systems, processes, data, and people.
This isn’t just another BA role — you’ll be leading analysis for enterprise-level initiatives, defining best practices, and mentoring junior analysts. You’ll be empowered to challenge norms, recommend innovative approaches, and contribute directly to shaping the organisation’s future through technology.

Core Experience:
- Proven success leading business analysis on large-scale transformation initiatives involving process, technology, data, and organisational change.
- Strong expertise in writing user stories, functional specs, use cases, and working within Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to connect the dots between business needs and technology solutions across enterprise platforms.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with cloud services (e.g. AWS), Workday, Salesforce, Tableau, or Snowflake.
- Familiarity with metadata, particularly in rights management or the music/media industry.
- Knowledge of SQL or data modelling, and working with APIs and microservices.
- Exposure to AI/ML implementations or Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) practices.
