I\'m hiring for a specialist UK Challenger Bank who are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Accountant to join them on a 12 Month FTC.

As a Regulatory Reporting Accountant you’ll play a pivotal role in the production, review, and submission of regulatory returns to UK regulators (PRA and FCA), while also contributing to major change initiatives and process enhancements across Finance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning the end-to-end delivery of FINREP and Bank of England Statistical Reporting
• Coordinating data inputs, reviewing for accuracy, clearing issues, and driving sign-off
• Supporting UAT testing for finance systems changes and regulatory reporting projects
• Leading the resolution of data quality issues to ensure accurate, timely reporting
• Supporting ad-hoc regulatory tasks such as QIS, impact assessments, and analysis
• Continuously improving reconciliation, governance, and control processes

What You’ll Bring

• A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in regulatory reporting within a banking or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt, lead by example, and support team development
