A specialist financial services business in Liverpool who are in the early stages of building out their procurement function are looking for a Procurement Manager to support them on their journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and run sourcing strategies, including RFPs, RFIs, and supplier negotiations.
  • Manage RFPs from start to finish, ensuring clear requirements and supplier selection.
  • Deliver cost-effective procurement strategies that support business and procurement goals.
  • Oversee the full procurement process, from sourcing to contract signing.
  • Drive savings and value from supplier spending.
  • Support contract renewals and provide commercial advice to stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships across the business to support procurement goals.

To be considered:

  • Procurement Specialist / Procurement Manager with broad indirect category experience.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, focused on cost savings.
  • Skilled in contract and supplier management with strong commercial focus.
