Payroll Manager
Location: Glasgow (On-site or Hybrid, depending on business needs)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + Excellent Benefits Package

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Payroll Manager / Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of growing, global brand known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the UK-based Payroll team to deliver payroll services across multiple regions
- Supporting the Payroll Director with initiatives to grow the Payroll operation and meet business objectives
- Monitor and reporting on KPIs and SLAs, ensuring continues improvement
- Partner with stakeholders across the business (HR, IT, Finance etc.)
- Ensuring Payroll compliance with legislation and controls, including audit preparation
- Oversee and delegate duties around new hires, terminations, banking etc.
- Act as the go-to person for queries
- Support and review new systems, processes and controls
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Payroll or Human Resources role—ideally within an global business
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance, or willingness to learn
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to speak multiple languages would be a beneficial (ideally European languages)
- Experience leading or overseeing a team, providing support and development
