Overview
We are exclusively engaged to support a growing business based near Brackley, Northampton who are looking for a Management Accountant to join their high performing team.

Role responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Support finance projects
- Help prepare the annual Budget for Head Office, and re-forecasts where required
- Liaise with the auditors, responding to queries and requests in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- Driving and encouraging the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting activities
You have
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or Qualified by Experience
- Prior experience in a Management Accountant role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good analytical skills
