An established insurance group is seeking an experienced Programme & Integrations Manager to lead complex business change and post-acquisition integration initiatives across its global operations on a permanent basis. This is a high-impact, business-facing role for a seasoned professional with deep London Market experience, capable of managing multiple programmes and ensuring seamless integration of newly acquired entities into the group’s operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integration programmes across multiple business functions and regions.
- Develop and execute detailed project and integration plans, including timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
- Manage stakeholder engagement across Finance, M&A, Legal, and Operations.
- Oversee large-scale change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

About You
- 10+ years’ programme or integration management experience in the London Market / insurance sector.
