About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join the Financial Analysis team. This role will support growth and investment activities across several European markets, primarily Poland, Germany, and the UK. You’ll play a key role in evaluating acquisition opportunities at every stage of development, construction, and operation, leveraging your financial modelling expertise and deep understanding of the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and review complex financial models for renewable energy projects, with a focus on solar assets.
- Analyse investment opportunities and provide data-driven insights to optimise performance and evaluate financial returns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders through acquisition, due diligence, and financing processes.
- Update and maintain financial models for existing projects to support quarterly valuations and NAV reporting.
- Liaise with finance, asset management, and growth teams to collect information and ensure model accuracy.
- Provide scenario analysis and decision-making support across the organisation.
- Contribute to ongoing digital transformation by transitioning financial modelling from Excel-based tools to a new integrated system.
About You
You are an analytical and detail-oriented finance professional with strong technical skills and a passion for renewable energy. You thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, and are eager to contribute to the clean energy transition.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Several years of experience in financial modelling, ideally within the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong quantitative abilities.
- Proven ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting complex data clearly.
- Fluent in English and Polish (both written and spoken).
- Additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, or French are an advantage.
