What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries—via phone, email, or digital platforms
- Managing the order-to-delivery process, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment of customer orders
- Liaising with internal departments (supply chain, logistics, sales) to resolve customer issues swiftly
- Handling complaints and troubleshooting delivery or product-related concerns with a customer-first mindset
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and preparing reports as needed
