What You’ll Be Doing:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries—via phone, email, or digital platforms
• Managing the order‑to‑delivery process, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment of customer orders
• Liaising with internal departments (supply chain, logistics, sales) to resolve customer issues swiftly
• Handling complaints and troubleshooting delivery or product‑related concerns with a customer‑first mindset
• Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and preparing reports as needed
• Supporting wider customer service and account management initiatives
