JSS Search is partnering with a key player in real estate asset management, overseeing a £200M+ multi-sector portfolio. They are seeking an interim financial modelling expert to support them for an initial period of six months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and continuously refine complex financial models that underpin property valuations, acquisition strategies and critical cash flow projections.
- Manage annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and drive the short-to-medium term cash forecasting process.
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and third-party managers to gather data and inform decision-making.
