Financial Reporting Accountant β Watford
JSS are proud to be partnering with a well known business based in Watford recruiting a Financial Reporting Accountant. This is a great opportunity for someone ACA or ACCA qualified, audit trained with 1-2 years experience working in industry in financial reporting or group reporting.
This Financial Reporting Accountant role is in the Group Reporting and Controlling team and will be responsible for:
- Prepare group consolidation workings across multiple subsidiaries
- Manage intercompany eliminations and consolidation adjustments
- Produce comprehensive group management accounts within tight deadlines
- Prepare statutory accounts for multiple group entities
- Ensure full compliance with Companies House filing requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors across group companies
- Manage statutory reporting timelines across complex group structures
- Support month-end close processes across the group
- Implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency
- Process journal postings and maintain robust month-end controls
Essential Qualifications:
- ACA or ACCA qualified audit trained with 1-2 yrs industry experience in financial accounting
- Statutory accounts preparation across multiple entities
- Complex multi-entity accounting environment
- Experience with audit processes and external auditor liaison
On Offer:
A salary of circa Β£70,000-Β£75,000 plus bonus, benefits and hybrid working
