Overview

JSS are delighted to be supporting our client; a fast paced dynamic fast growth company based near Egham in Surrey, on the recruitment of an excellent newly created FP&A Analyst role. This is an exciting opportunity for a part-qualified FP&A or Finance Analyst to work in a exciting product-led back business, to join a high calibre FP&A team and to grow and develop your FP&A career.

You must be able to manage large amounts of data, have great excel skills and to work collaboratively with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

This new FP&A Analyst role is in a product led business who have customers across Europe, annual revenues growing year on year, based near Egham Surrey. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with Finance Business Partners to deliver monthly Sales Flash, COGs, Opex, P&L, Capex reporting including variance analysis.
  • Providing analytical support by running data extraction from various sources, consolidating and transforming data into clear informative summaries.
  • Providing crucial assistance to the Finance team during peak periods such as month-end and budgeting cycles, dealing with ad-hoc data reporting & analysis when required.
  • Proactive role in the FP&A roadmap of reporting improvements, making recommendations and taking steps to improve data processes, tools and reports with a view to improve efficiency.
  • Be involved in data integration projects to implement FP&A requirements and be involved in the future maintenance of data quality.
  • Supporting the implementation of new dashboards to improve data driven decision support.
  • Supporting a continuous drive for innovation and automation in data processing and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Part Qualified CIMA or ACCA
  • Experienced Finance Analyst or FP&A Analyst
  • Excellent data analysis and data manipulation skills
  • Strong excel and management reporting skillset
  • Confident ability to work with large data sets

On Offer

Circa Β£50k base salary plus benefits package with hybrid working 2/3 days in the office.
