Associate Director – JSS Financial Services – Insurance Finance Practice Lead – Interim Finance Specialist
We are working with a Specialty Insurer on a Finance Manager to lead their syndicate reporting team. You will be working with the business as they undergo wider change in the business as well as leading the implementation of the changes to the Lloyd\’s reporting.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of two responsible for all of the Lloyd\’s reporting (including RRQ, RRA, QMA, QMB, Trust Funds, TRIA, NAIC)
- Reporting on Syndicate performance and explaining variances to plan
- Be expert on all Lloyd\’s regulatory reporting and ensuring compliant with new updates
- Leading the team and driving best in class processes
- Statutory reporting and financial control for the Syndicate
Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant with extensive experience in Lloyd\’s reporting
- Enjoys leading change and process improvement
- Strong stakeholder management – you\’ll be working directly with the underwriters as well as the wider finance team so you\’ll need to be able to build relationships quickly
- People Management
This is a permanent vacancy paying £120,000-£125,000 + bonus + benefits
