We are seeking a commercially minded FP&A Manager with a strong focus on cost management and operational efficiency. This role will provide critical insight and challenge to ensure cost discipline across the business, supporting strategic decision-making and driving performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and timely cost reporting, including variance analysis against budget and forecast.
- Lead the cost element of budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide actionable insights on cost drivers and trends to senior stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to operational teams, influencing decisions to ensure cost efficiency.
- Drive initiatives to streamline processes and improve cost visibility.
Skills & Experience
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
- Strong FP&A background with demonstrable experience in cost management in a FinTech environment.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; BI tools experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
This role will be on a 6 month FTC, predominately home based but you will be expected to come into the office a few times a month.
