We’re supporting a leading media organisation with the hire of an Employee Relations Business Partner to join their UK People team. This role will provide expert support across complex ER matters, organisational change and TUPE, working closely with People Business Partners to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused HR guidance.
The position is hybrid, with 2 days per week in the office and the remainder remote.
Key responsibilities:- Coaching managers to build capability, confidence and early-resolution skills
- Supporting restructures, redundancies, TUPE and collective consultation
- Ensuring all ER activity is fair, consistent and compliant with UK employment law
- Preparing documentation and maintaining accurate case and reporting data
- Contributing to continuous improvement of policies, templates and overall ER approach
- Strong UK employment law and complex ER expertise
- Experience supporting restructures, TUPE and organisational change
- Skilled communicator and coach with the ability to influence at all levels
- Highly organised, detail-driven and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
