Employee Experience Manager

My client is seeking an Employee Experience Manager to lead the design and delivery of onboarding, induction, and performance management initiatives that support business growth and employee development.

This is a newly created role that will report into the Chief People Officer. The role is based in South London and is 5 days per week on-site.

This role is pivotal in shaping how new hires transition from candidates to thriving team members, ensuring every individual feels supported, equipped, and inspired to grow their career.

Key responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering an engaging onboarding and induction journey.
  • Supporting goal setting and speed to competence for new starters.
  • Championing employee experience beyond day one, with a focus on long-term career growth.
  • Managing compliance training activity and reporting.
  • Overseeing global performance management processes, including goal setting and continuous learning.
  • Leading annual training needs analysis to inform learning priorities.
  • Partnering with senior leaders and HRBPs to address capability gaps and co-create effective solutions.
  • Evaluating programme effectiveness through KPIs and performance data, ensuring continuous improvement.

Role profile:

  • Proven experience in onboarding, employee experience, or performance management.
  • Strong ability to design and deliver high-impact learning and development initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, working confidently with senior leaders and external partners.
  • A data-driven approach to evaluating impact and driving improvement.
