Deputy Head of FP&A

About the Company: Our client, a well established investment management business, are looking to add a Deputy Head of FP&A to their team in London. About the Role: The FP&A function is highly visible to the MD/ Principals within the business. The function is central to driving change and providing the platform for the future growth of the business globally. Responsibilities: Management of the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes, working with the business to drive performance Managing the liquidity and cashflow process across the group identifying risks and driving efficiencies Develop a strong commercial understanding of business requirements contributing to performance and identifying trends/ data to further support growth Develop further and own both the cost/ revenue modelling processes Central to all change management/ transformation activity within the group Bespoke business unit analysis and projects Qualifications: Qualified accountant with significant post qualified experience within finance Exposure to forecasting, budgeting and analysis in a complex organisation Excellent communicator who builds relationships with stakeholders outside of finance Experience of driving change/ transformation
