  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to provide guidance on job evaluations, market benchmarking, and pay recommendations.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of annual compensation reviews and other cyclical reward processes.
  • Analyze compensation trends, policies, and practices to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies regarding compensation.
  • Develop detailed reporting and analytics to support compensation initiatives and provide actionable insights.
