I am delighted to be partnering with a successful growing business based in Berkshire, looking to hire a Commercial Finance Manager. The CFM will focus on partnering with Regional and Operational teams, providing value-add insight into the performance of the business, and commercial opportunities.
The Role:
Your duties as the successful candidate will include:
- Business partnering to key stakeholders including Sales / Ops / Marketing / Regional Directors
- Analysing financial information, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to support decision making
- Produce value-add insight into the regional performance, with presentation to management
- Supporting month end, reviewing ammendments, and challenging Managers on deliverables
- Providing support to operational teams, ensuring Managers are maximising efficiency
- Supporting new contracts, building budgets, monitoring performance and needed adjustments
- Creating regional initiatives to deliver functional improvements
Your Profile:
To be the successful candidate, you will need to have / be:
- A qualified Accountant – CIMA, ACA, ACCA etc.
- Excellent Excel skills, i.e. the ability to manipulate and analyse large data
- Experience engaging with financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Experience working in a multi-site / location business is beneficial
- An ambitious and progressive mindset
This role does require occational travel across the Thames Valley and London.
