Commercial Finance Manager

I am delighted to be partnering with a successful growing business based in Berkshire, looking to hire a Commercial Finance Manager. The CFM will focus on partnering with Regional and Operational teams, providing value-add insight into the performance of the business, and commercial opportunities.

The Role:

Your duties as the successful candidate will include:

• Business partnering to key stakeholders including Sales / Ops / Marketing / Regional Directors
• Analysing financial information, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to support decision making
• Produce value-add insight into the regional performance, with presentation to management
• Supporting month end, reviewing ammendments, and challenging Managers on deliverables
• Providing support to operational teams, ensuring Managers are maximising efficiency
• Supporting new contracts, building budgets, monitoring performance and needed adjustments
• Creating regional initiatives to deliver functional improvements

Your Profile:

To be the successful candidate, you will need to have / be:

• A qualified Accountant – CIMA, ACA, ACCA etc.
• Excellent Excel skills, i.e. the ability to manipulate and analyse large data
• Experience engaging with financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Experience working in a multi-site / location business is beneficial
• An ambitious and progressive mindset

This role does require occational travel across the Thames Valley and London.
