A PE-backed procurement consultancy with a growing European presence is hiring two Partners: one to lead growth in Nuclear / regulated infrastructure, and one in Central Government. These are true sales-led leadership roles with an expectation of ~£3m revenue per Partner per year.
The role:
- Build and convert a pipeline using your network and market credibility
- Originate and close consulting engagements and strategic procurement/transformation programmes
- Land & expand key accounts: develop multi-workstream relationships and repeatable revenue
- Lead senior client relationships (e.g. C-Suite) and sponsor delivery
- Set sector strategy / propositions / GTM, supported by an investment-backed growth plan
- Lead and grow teams (hire, develop, coach), ensuring quality delivery and margin
You’ll bring:
- Clear evidence of new business wins and account growth in consulting/procurement services
- A strong network in either Nuclear or Central Government (and ability to open doors)
- Gravitas with senior stakeholders + track record of leading programmes and teams
- Commercial edge: comfortable owning targets, shaping propositions, and negotiating commercials
Sectors:
- Nuclear Partner: experience in safety-critical, regulated environments and complex supply chains
- Central Government Partner: strong public sector network + understanding of policy/governance-led procurement
