We’re hiring a Delivery Consultant to join our Financial Services recruitment team at JSS Search. This is a chance to join a boutique that’s scaling fast, backed by industry leaders with exceptional track records and ambitious growth plans.

The Role
As a Recruitment Delivery Consultant, you will:
- Source, engage and shortlist high-calibre candidates
- Partner closely with senior directors on specialist mandates
- Manage the end-to-end candidate journey
- Build talent pipelines across niche verticals
- Deliver high-quality shortlists at pace
- Share market insights and generate candidate leads
About You
- Experience in recruitment delivery, 180 or 360 roles
- Relevant market experience (Finance, Compliance, Treasury, Risk, Insurance) would be helpful but we are open to other sectors if you have the right attitude and approach.
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and direct search
- Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, proactive and delivery-focused
- Able to thrive in a high-performing, fast-paced environment
