Are you ready to shape the future of investment operations compliance? My client is seeking a driven Investment Operations Compliance Specialist to join their growing Investment Operations team. This newly established role plays a pivotal part in building and overseeing compliance controls across both pre-trade and post-trade activities, ensuring our portfolios operate within regulatory requirements, internal guidelines, and risk appetite.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct pre- and post-trade compliance monitoring across all investment portfolios.
- Identify, investigate, and escalate compliance breaches working closely with Investment, Risk, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure ongoing alignment of investment portfolios with regulatory obligations and internal policies.
- Help develop, test, and enhance compliance rules and systems on the Aladdin investment platform .
- Support the implementation of operational and risk control frameworks and contribute to audit and documentation processes.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience coding and testing complex rules on Aladdin (essential).
- Proven Investment/Portfolio Compliance experience
- Strong analytical and data-handling skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, portfolio structures, and trade lifecycle processes.
- Experience working in a middle office or trade support function collaborating with Compliance, Risk, and Investment teams.
- Familiarity with both public and private asset data attributes, and ideally some exposure to derivative products.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and influencing skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
