The Student Success Tutor plays a pivotal role in supporting students throughout their academic journey, providing personalised guidance to help them achieve their goals and overcome challenges. Through one-to-one coaching, group support, and tailored development plans, you’ll work closely with students to foster engagement, enhance academic performance, and improve retention.
In this role, you’ll identify and support at-risk students through early intervention strategies, monitor progress using data insights, and collaborate with academic and support services to ensure a holistic, student-centred approach. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing improvement of student success initiatives and play an active part in shaping a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver personalised academic coaching and support to students.

Essential Criteria:- PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
