My client based near Dursley are a market leader in their field and are seeking a hands-on interim Finance Manager to support the finance team through a busy period.
- Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close and reporting
- Support general ledger management and journal postings
- Help implement process improvements and tidy up legacy issues
- Provide ad hoc financial support to the Finance Director and wider team
Requirements:
- Qualified or QBE accountant with strong technical accounting skills
- Proven experience in balance sheet reconciliations, month end, and general financial controls
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, SME environment
- Strong Excel skills and experience with Sage or similar ERP (desirable)
