Salesforce. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Salesforce platform within our transformation programme. The successful candidate will have a strategic vision, a deep understanding of Salesforce solutions, and the technical acumen to drive seamless integration and modernization across our global operations.
Key accountabilities
- Architectural Leadership: Lead the architectural design and strategy for the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with the programme’s objectives to harmonize and modernize business processes.
- Solution Design: Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that address business needs, enhance user experience, and drive efficiency in processes.
- Integration: Develop integration strategies to ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, enabling end-to-end process automation and data flow.
- Custom Development: Oversee the development of custom applications, components, and features within the Salesforce platform to meet unique business requirements.
- Best Practices: Promote and enforce best practices in Salesforce development, configuration, and administration, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company guidelines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, project managers, and executive stakeholders, to gather requirements, provide insights, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the Salesforce platform, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements.
- Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive technical documentation and provide training to users and administrators to ensure effective utilization and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, security, and compliance.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
