Cnc Operator Setter

CNC Machine Operator/Programmer We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The CNC Operator will ensure that all operations are performed efficiently and safely while adhering to quality standards. Cnc Operator Setter Duties: * Operate Mazak & Fanuc CNC machines for general Engineering parts * Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. * Utilise hand tools and tooling equipment effectively for various fabrication tasks within the door set and ironmongery industry. * Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand production requirements. * Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following all safety protocols within the warehouse environment. * Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and improve efficiency. Cnc Operator Setter Skills: * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate CNC machinery effectively within the woodworking, door set or ironmongery industry. * Proficient in basic maths for measurements and calculations related to machining processes. * Experience with logic controllers and their application in CNC operations is advantageous. * Excellent problem-solving skills, with a logical approach to troubleshooting equipment issues. * A keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality output in all aspects of production. Working Hours * Mon to Thur 08.00 to 16.30 * Friday 08.00 to 16.00
