JSP Case Management is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive female to support a lady with brain injury in her own home, within the local community and on UK holidays.

You will join a small, dedicated team providing 24/7 support and ensuring safety and independence.

You will assist with personal care, daily living tasks, monitoring health, and activities.

Evening, weekend, and bank holiday shifts are included; moving and handling and driving a Motability vehicle are required.
