The role of photographer is to provide the business with proactive and passionate creative support to bring products to life through impactful and engaging imagery and content. With responsibility for planning, creating and processing, high quality content, images and videos, for use across a range of marketing channels, including websites, email, social media, PR, digital marketing & print. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: * Working across the Group of Companies to interpret, action, capture & process high quality product and lifestyle visual assets, for use across all marketing channels for the group as directed by the Studio Lead and Head of Marketing (HoM) * Confident with all aspects and types of photography and video work, including, but not limited to e-commerce studio work (cut outs) styled room sets and environmental/in-situ with models * Ability to understand, interpret briefs, take direction and proactively develop new ideas * Assist in developing dynamic creative concepts for shoots - from initial ideas and story boarding, to animation/video creation to showcase products in the most impactful ways * Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in digital photography, studio lighting, colour management, styling and composition * Experienced in creative retouch and colour correction across digital imagery and video assets to a consistently high standard * Highly proficient in editing software – including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro to ensure all assets are edited correctly and to an exceptional standard * Keen eye and hands on with styling and building and creating content sets where needed * Demonstrate strong organisational, prioritisation and communication skills (verbal & written) to manage workload efficiently to meet tight deadlines and manage expectations effectively * Manage and maintain the photography request log process, workflow management system and maintain the day-to-day upkeep of all assets in the image library * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle * Flexibility to work varied or additional hours around key marketing activities such as events and photoshoots and/or to ensure deadlines are met (to be agreed) What they are Looking For: * A driven, passionate & creative team member who takes real pride in their work * Positive, enthusiastic, hardworking and a team player with an open-minded approach * Collaboratively working within the marketing team and wider business * Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop credible working relationships * Exceptional attention to detail to ensure minimal amends, re-edits and re-shoots are required * Flexible, resourceful, agile and resilient, whilst staying focused on objectives and targets * Demonstrate Core business Values: Trust, Creativity, Ambition & Impact * Diligent, curious and tenacious * Motivated to continually improve skillset, striving for better and explores new ways of creating engaging content * Awareness and interest of industry trends and developments * Outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills * Solution driven, positive and collaborative attitude and ability to multitask * A logical mindset with the confidence to multitask and adapt to changing priorities * PC literate and working knowledge of Microsoft Office & software programs * Degree in photography or relevant experience Only relevant candidates will be contacted
