The Role
- Manage a varied caseload of probate, estate administration, wills and inheritance matters from instruction through to completion.
- Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days in the office, with flexibility for the right individual.

- Managing probate files from start to finish

- Advising on wills and inheritance matters
- Probate applications and submissions
- Liaising with executors, beneficiaries and HMRC
- Ensuring SRA compliance

- Strong PQE within probate/private client
