My client is looking to speak to people with at least 2 years Credit Control experience. They would also be open to speaking with candidates who have some finance experience and are looking to expand that experience with some good knowledge of how credit control works. The role could either be paid on a temporary hourly basis or happy to offer a 6 months FTC.
Responsibilities:
- Credit control for various companies
- Largest 8 million ledger, smallest 350k ledger
- Resolving queries
- Negotiating payment plans
- Sending invoices, credits, statements
- Liaising with customer for a committed payment
- Liaising with account managers
- Credit checking
- Posting cash receipts £, €, $, CHF
- Managing credit insurance updates
- Taking card payments
- Arranging monthly Direct Debits for IT support customers
- Transferring cash for bank reconciliation purposes
