My client is looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join their team. You must be used to working in a faced paced office environment. This role is 100% office based.
Main Duties:
- Credit control for various companies - Largest 8 million ledger, smallest 350k ledger
- Resolving queries
- Negotiating payment plans
- Sending invoices, credits, statements
- Liaising with customers for a committed payment
- Liaising with account managers
- Credit checking
- Posting cash receipts £, €, $, CHF
- Managing credit insurance updates
- Taking card payments
- Arranging monthly Direct Debits for IT support customers
- Transferring cash for bank reconciliation purposes
