A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy property team. This role is primarily focused on residential conveyancing, handling a varied caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters from instruction to completion. Whilst the role is residentially led, commercial conveyancing exposure would be a distinct advantage, offering the opportunity to broaden your skill set within a supportive practice. This is a full-time office-based role (5 days per week), suited to someone who enjoys a collaborative team culture and direct client interaction.
The Role
- Full residential conveyancing caseload
- Client and introducer relationship management
