Key Responsibilities:-
Plan, launch and manage cold outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn and phone

Use tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, Woodpecker, and Cognism to drive lead generation

Build and manage targeted audience lists from CRM and third-party platforms

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead follow-up and reporting discipline

Write compelling outreach messaging that resonates with commercial energy buyers

Track campaign performance, identify trends, and adjust for better results

Use CRMs (e.g. Pipedrive) to maintain full visibility of sales and marketing activity

Strong background in B2B lead generation, digital marketing, or outbound sales support

Confident making outbound calls to promote services or secure meetings

Highly organised, analytical, and commercially driven

Comfortable using marketing platforms and CRM tools

Proactive and ambitious with a can-do attitude

Experience in a sales or marketing agency is a big advantage
