Success in this role requires a strong blend of project management expertise, client relationship skills, and technical know-how. You’ll be proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused—confidently managing timelines, resources, and communications to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will guide client projects from post-sale handover to installation and completion, including:

  • Client Management
  • Client Onboarding: Lead the post-sale onboarding process, including issuing the welcome pack, managing deposit invoicing, and setting up project specifications.
  • Installation Management: Arrange initial engineering data logging and site surveys to confirm correct unit sizing. Work with clients to develop installation plans, setting target dates and pre-installation tasks. Coordinate with manufacturers to secure products and manage delivery timelines. Communicate Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) to clients. Oversee logistics, ensuring timely delivery of hardware to the client’s site. Be available during the installation for troubleshooting alongside the Chief Engineer. Deliver post-installation reports to clients, including photos and technical details. Transition clients to the data analysis and reporting team and complete invoicing.
  • Pre-Sale Survey Coordination
    • Manage the pre-sale survey process, including desktop assessments and on-site evaluations. Coordinate with engineers for site surveys, reviewing voltage levels, load profiles, and installation specifications. Collect and review survey reports, update project trackers, and share survey insights with clients. Coordinate with the sales team to issue guaranteed savings proposals and confirm ROI.
    Required Skills and Qualifications
