- Implement and maintain strong commercial systems and recordkeeping
- Proactively identify risks – and take action before they become issues
- Collaborate with delivery teams to align commercial and project goals
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture
What it takes:
- Solid experience in civil engineering or utilities (gas is a bonus, not a must)
- Strong commercial acumen and end-to-end project experience
- Confident in NEC, JCT, and bespoke contracts
- Skilled in setting up and managing site-based commercial systems
- Hands-on leadership style with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable negotiating and solving commercial challenges

We truly value your work, time, and skills! In return, we will offer you a competitive salary and some additional benefits to support your professional growth, including:
- Participation in mentoring and coaching programmes
- 28 days of holiday (excluding bank holidays)
- 2 paid volunteering days a year
- Continuous training and development, in both technical and business skills
