Fabrication Manager
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the fabrication department.
- Plan, organize, and schedule production tasks to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.
- Oversee the entire fabrication process, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor and optimize workflow, implementing process improvements where necessary.
- Manage a team of skilled fabricators, providing leadership and guidance to maximize productivity and efficiency.
