JSL Talent Partners are an education Rec2Rec. We are partnering with a well-known, established education recruitment agency who are looking to hire! Due to a sabbatical at the end of July, the agency are looking to hire a full-time, permanent SEN Education Recruitment Consultant to manage the desk.
This is an amazing opportunity. It's a warm desk and you'll inherit days and therefore commission from day one; therefore, it's important you already have a year + experience working in recruitment and in the education sector.
As well as winning new business and constantly refreshing your talent pool, you will largely be account managing, maintaining the current relationships and expectations. The desk is currently on £8k+ per week covering Wiltshire/Swindon and Oxfordshire.
The team work from home on a Wednesday. Hours are 7am to 4.30pm or 7.30am to 5pm (reduced in school holidays). Parking is available on-site and it's beneficial if you drive to visit your SEN provisions and have your own transport; however, note the local train station is very close to the office.
