JSL Talent Partners are working with a leading education recruitment agency with an office in Manchester who are looking to hire a Primary BM.

  • Primary BM
  • Manchester
  • You'll inherit 1 direct report (a billing RC) and a Candidate Manager (not responsible for but part of Primary team)
  • The desk is currently billing between 80-120 days per week
  • You will inherit the days and earn 16% comms on them

This is a hybrid opportunity where you'll work from home once a week on a Wednesday.

And in time (once you are settled) the agency want to increase headcount(!) and you'll receive commission on your teams success.

Due to the nature of the job with lots of face-to-face client meeting and networking events it is required you drive and have access to a car.

The group have GCA framework supplier status.

If you're an experienced Primary recruiter looking to move into management whilst still billing OR you're already working as a BM (or similar level) and looking for a new challenge please reach out.

You must be able/ willing to commute to Manchester 4-days a week.
