Role Overview
Working side‑by‑side with an amazing, experienced Business Manager you will support Schools with day‑to‑day, long‑term and permanent recruitment. The desk is currently being managed by the Director which is running at £2k - £3k per week meaning you'll walk into a warm desk with active clients and candidates and commission from day one!
This is a hybrid role where you'll work the office based near Maidstone/Ashford 3 days a week and work at home 2 days a week. With a head office in Essex you will have full back‑office support including compliance, payroll, marketing etc.
Requirements
It is essential you drive and have access to a car due to the rural location of your clients. If you have 2+ years experience in education recruitment (or a similar vertical) and you're interested please apply!
