More importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys developing relationships.
You'll be equally comfortable talking to someone behind a branch counter as you are sitting down with a senior decision-maker to discuss their business, commercial opportunities and how you can work together.
You'll also need to be self-motivated, commercially aware and comfortable managing a large territory independently.
