The Opportunity
This is a commercially focused role for someone who understands the automotive refinish and distribution market. The key objective is simple:
- Bring on new distributors.
- Develop existing distribution partners.
- Support and lead the wider sales activity.
You’ll work closely with the internal sales and technical teams to drive growth across both existing and new customer groups, helping distributors expand their refinish offering while identifying new opportunities across the market. This is not an account maintenance role. It’s a role for someone who enjoys opening doors, developing commercial relationships and driving revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing new distribution partners across the UK and Ireland
- Growing existing distributor and motor factor relationships
- Supporting distributors to increase penetration into bodyshops and industrial customers
- Driving growth of the refinish product range across multiple customer groups
- Working closely with sales and technical teams to support customer development
- Managing and developing the wider sales activity within the division
- Identifying new market opportunities across automotive, industrial and associated sectors
