What you’ll do
- You’ll lead the international sales strategy, working closely with distributors to grow the brand globally.
- You’ll identify new market opportunities, develop entry plans and build relationships that drive long-term success.
- Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supporting distributors to maximise their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Identifying direct sales opportunities in markets or sectors not covered by distributors.
- Researching and developing new international markets, leading negotiations with prospective partners.
- Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to tailor offerings to specific market needs.
- Preparing sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinating between distributors and internal departments such as logistics, customer service, and marketing to ensure a seamless experience.
What you’ll need
- Business proficiency in both German and French.
- At least 5 years of experience in export sales, international business, or a similar B2B position.
- Experienced in a project sales/specifier role.
- Proven experience in managing distributor networks and developing new markets.
