We are seeking a highly professional, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join a distinguished family office based in Central London. This is a unique opportunity to provide administrative support in a private, high-level environment, working closely with senior family office personnel.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support – Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the family office team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities.
- Scheduling & Travel Management: Coordinate and manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize confidential records, contracts, and reports, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval.
- Correspondence Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail, with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Report & Presentation Preparation: Assist with the preparation of presentations, financial documents, reports, and other materials for senior management.
- Office Coordination: Ensure the office environment runs efficiently, including liaising with external service providers, managing office supplies, and ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
- Event Coordination: Provide logistical support for occasional high-level events or business meetings, ensuring all details are attended to meticulously.
