Carry out plumbing works as required within domestic and void properties, including but not limited to:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of hot and cold water systems
- Repair or replacement of pipework, taps, valves, and fittings
- Maintenance and repair of sanitary ware (toilets, basins, sinks, baths, and showers)
- Investigation and repair of leaks and water ingress
- Renewal of seals and silicone to kitchens and bathrooms where required
- Testing and commissioning of plumbing systems after works
- Ensuring all work complies with current water regulations and safety standards
- Leaving work areas clean, safe, and in good order upon completion
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in domestic/reactive maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable and able to work independently
