Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. The adviser will be responsible for helping clients find suitable mortgage and protection solutions tailored to their individual needs. Day-to-day tasks include providing expert advice, managing client relationships, liaising with lenders, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Candidates will also benefit from provided leads to actively build their client portfolio and offer excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience with Escrow and Title Insurance processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to conduct Training and provide guidance to clients or team members
• Possess organizational skills and attention to detail for managing financial documentation
• Relevant qualifications in mortgage and insurance advising (CeMAP or equivalent certifications preferred)
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Knowledge of UK financial, mortgage, and protection products and services
