We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent & Influencer Assistant to support our Influencer Strategy & Growth Lead.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for influencer marketing and talent management.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, supporting talent sourcing, campaign administration, and performance reporting across the UK market with scope to support other EU regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Campaign Support and Administration
- Assist with the coordination and execution of influencer campaigns from briefing through to completion.
- Place product orders for influencer gifting and campaign requirements.
- Create and manage influencer discount codes and affiliate links.
- Ensure all campaign assets and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Produce regular UK campaign performance reports.
- Compile campaign results and key metrics into clear, accurate reports.
- Maintain reporting dashboards and ensure data is updated on schedule.
- Talent Sourcing
- Research and source new influencer talent across relevant social platforms.
- Identify creators that align with brand objectives, target audiences, and campaign briefs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective influencer partners.
- Stay up to date with emerging creators and industry trends.
About You
- 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital partnerships, preferably within a wellness, beauty or fashion brand.
- Strong understanding of Claude and comfortable using AI to improve work flows.
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive, highly organised, and results-driven with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for wellness, health, and building genuine creator relationships.
