This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Hertford. The Sales Specialist will manage and grow a portfolio of hospitality clients, including hotels, restaurants, and other premium venues, through proactive outreach, regular account contact, and tailored product recommendations.
Daily activities include:
- Responding to inquiries
- Preparing quotes
- Processing orders
- Providing product information to ensure a smooth customer experience
The role also involves:
- Identifying new business opportunities

- Supporting the development of sales materials and presentations
The Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, while maintaining up-to-date records in the company’s sales systems.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with a diverse, international customer base
