Role: Property Finance Fee Earner Salary: Depending On Experience Comprehensive employee benefit scheme including a performance-based bonus Our client, an award-winning and forward-thinking legal practice, is seeking a Property Finance Fee Earner to join their growing Real Estate Finance department. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of property finance transactions, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision. Working alongside the Partner and Head of Department, the Property Finance Fee Earner will play a key role in supporting lender clients, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and professionally while maintaining the highest standards of client care. Managing a caseload of property finance transactions from inception to completion. Liaising with borrowers, lenders, brokers, surveyors, and other professionals. Drafting and reviewing legal documents and reports, including certificates of title and security documentation. Ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to lender panel requirements. Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to the department’s overall performance and client satisfaction. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential or commercial property, ideally with a focus on property finance. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service.
